These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website harrisinsurance.solutions (the "Site"), operated by Harris Insurance Solutions, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our Services

The Site provides general information about commercial insurance and employee benefits, and lets Florida businesses request a free coverage review. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. No insurance coverage is quoted, bound, or altered through this Site; coverage can only be bound by an authorized insurer, and all coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the issued policy.

Communications & Text Messaging

When you submit a request through the Site, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your request. Consent to receive text messages (SMS) is optional and is collected separately via an unchecked checkbox; it is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in to texts: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and you can reply HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Site and our text messaging program are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Acceptable Use
